2、highrisks.BecauseoftheflammableethyleneinLDPEparticlesandtheelectrostaticproducedbyfi'iction,siloshavehighpotentialhazardofexplosion.Thusthesafetyofsilosisoneofthekeypointsofprocessmanagemem.Inthisarticle,thefactorsinfluencingthesafetyofsilosareanalyzed,includingtheessentialconditiomw
3、hichcanleadtoanexplosion,calculationofethyleneconcentrationandelectrostatic.ThercasoEl$forseveralaccidentsofsiloSinproductionwhichhappenedinQPEChavebeenanalyzedandexplainedindetails.Basedontheanalysismentionedabove,plansfortheimprovementofpurgingsystemhavebeenputforward,includingfourp
4、lansforimprovingtheventilationandspecificplansformodifyingthemotorofthefan,thefilterintheentranceofthefanandthedischargingvalveofthesilo.Atthesametime,plansforimprovingtheoperationprocessandfirefightingmeasuresincaseofaccidentsareputforwardtoo.Plansforimprovingtheventilationhavebeensi
5、mulatedbysoRwareCFD.Basedonthesimulationresults,theplanofaddinganextraaerationpipeattheheightof1.7mfi'omthebottomofthesiloisconsideredthebestone.Afterthisprocedurebeingimplementedinpractice,ithasbeenobservedthattheethyleneconcentrationhasloweredandthesafetydegreehasbeenraisedsignifica
6、ntly.Therefore,thisprocedureisprovedeffectiveandhasaguid啦significanceforselectingimprovingplansforindustrialplants.Atlast,severalmostinfluencingfactorsonthesafetyofsiMMsareconcludedbasedontheproductionexperienceandtheCFDsimulation.Theseconclusionsarealsousefulforthesafeproductionofoth
