2、形式上的合并不能产生“1+1>2”的合并效应。如果磨而不合，就难以从根本上改变“独联体”的状态，所以，在实质性合并的基础上要巩固并校改革成果，深化并校改革，推进合并高校的深度融合。合并高校的深度融合要经过多方面的努力，它不是一蹴而就的，要达到优势互补，真正实现合并高校的深度融合，还要在实践中不断磨合，本文运用理论与实证相结合的方法对合并高校的深度融合作研究。本文第一章论述了问题的提出，研究的内容、意义以及研究的思路与方法。第二章详细解释了合并高校的一般原理及相关概念并对研究合并高校所需运用的理论进行了界定。第三章论文着重对合并高校运行状况进彳亍分析，对高校合并前后状况进行了比较
