1、中文摘要建立以经济适用住房为主的住房供应体系，是适应社会主义市场经济和我国国情，加快住房建设，促使住房产业成为新的经济增长点，不断满足中低收入家庭日益增长的住房需求的客观要求。经济适用住房政策自1998年实施以来，对降低住房价格和满足中低收入家庭的住房需求有重要的作用，但面临的问题也不少，政府制定经济适用住房政策也常常处于两难的困境。本文运用定性分析与定量分析相结合的研究方法，首先分析了经济适用住房政策实施的市场背景和现状；然后通过计量经济模型，从经济学角度分析了邯郸市经济适用住房政策实施的内在联系；进而分析了住房补贴、住房公积金等对
