2、型●‘●和大小的过程中CaN、NFAT2所发挥的作用。方法:2月龄雄性SD大鼠24只,按体重分层,随机分为正常对照组(NC,n=8)、中等强度运动组(ME,n=8)、大强度运动组(HE,n孑8)。其中ME组,坡度为5。,18m·min"1x60min(相当于70%V02max):.HE组坡度为lOo,26.8m·min"1×40min(相当于90%V02max)。NC组和运动组大鼠分别于安静状态和运动后24小时腹腔麻醉断头处死,取比目鱼肌和股四头肌。采用ATP酶染色法鉴定I型和Ⅱ型肌纤维;.SDS.PAGE凝胶电泳技术分离瑚CI、MHCIIa、MHCIIb和
