1、摘要运动训练对骨骼肌纤维类型转变的影响,一直以来都是运动与肌纤维研究的热点。而运动训练对肌纤维类型转变影响的年龄特征,相关研究尚不多见。为了了解不同年龄者进行早期有氧训练对肌纤维类型转变的影响,本研究以36只SPF级雌性wistar大鼠为对象,分别从4周龄、8周龄、12周龄开始进行有氧训练8周,了解大鼠生长发育过程中肌纤维类型变化的年龄特征及运动训练对肌纤维类型转变的影响,观察不同周龄组有氧训练对肌纤维类型转变的影u吼探讨有氧训练对肌纤维类型转变的适宜年龄,为有氧训练的早期专门化提供理论依据和参考。有氧训练以递增负荷方式进行中等强度游泳(40min
2、一120min/次),训练8周后,休息一天,用4%戊巴比妥那麻醉致死,取股四头肌中段两块,分别用作冰冻切片和石蜡切片(横切面)。用Nachlas’法(改良)区分肌纤维类型。酶组织化学方法测定琥珀酸脱氢酶(SDH)、乳酸脱氢酶(LDH)、ATPase酶;PAS反应显示糖原。0LDaPUS光学显微镜下观察,imagepr05.1图像分析,SPSSll.5统计处理。综合研究结果认为:(1)8周有氧训练后,4W龄组慢肌纤维百分比ST%为59.42%±11.1%,与对照组相比差异非常显著(P<0.01):8W龄组慢月Af-F维百分比ST%为51。3%±15.
