2、hasperformedmoreandmorefunctionintheaspectofsuchasprocessstabilityjudgement,abonormalfinding,non-conformingproductreducing.ThestudyareprocessedinthekeytechnologiesofmanufacturingprocesstherecognitionofabnormalpatternsoftheSPCcontrolchartandthequalitycontrolm

3、ethodofmulti-type&small-batchproducts.Thefunctionstructureandsystemstructureofthemanufacturing-orientedqualitycontrolsystemarepresentedbasedonit.Firstly,themathematicalmodelforabnormalpatternsofSPCchartisestablishedinthisthesis,andthenthenetworkmodelmadeofBP

4、networkisdesignedtorecognizeabnormalpatternsofthequalitycontrolchart.Structuralparametersofthenetworkmodelareselectedandtested.Secondly,theBayesianforecastingtheoryisappliedtothequalitycontrolofmulti-typeandsmall-batchproducts.Thedynamicmodel,parametersestim

5、ation,interventionandapplicationstepsforthemethodarestudied.Finally,combiningwithprojectofavalvemanufacturer,manufacturingorientedqualitycontrolprototypesystemwhichdescribesthefunctionflow,informationmodelaregivenandthenmakeittrue.Thisthesisprovidesoriginalq

6、ualitycontrolsystemandmakesittruebasedonstudyofSPCchartcombiningwithvalvemanufacturer’ERPproject.ItcannotonlyrecognizeeffectivelyabnormalpatternsoftheSPCchartbutalsomakefurtherjudgementbyusingthesepatternsrecognizedbyaddingonSPCchartformulti-type&small-batch

7、productionwhichtheoriginalsystemmissed.Mostimportant,itcanmakeafurthercontrolbasedonthesedata.Meanwhile,itcanbeusedtomonitorthequalityfluctuationduringtheprocessofthemulti-type&small-batchproductionquicklyandefficientlycombiningwiththeobjectivedata,subjectiv
