2、39(305-320aa)为线性中和表位.其中表位E10与现有的报道区域重叠,另一个中和表位E39为新确定的。将鉴定的表位合成多肽,混合包被ELISA扳,证实可以用丁检测猪血清。本研究对JEVSAl4.14-2株E蛋白进行抗原表位的鉴定,将有助于进一步阐明E蛋白的结构与功能,将为建立以表位为基础的抗原抗体诊断方法和基于表位疫苗的设计研究提供重要的研究工作基础。关键词:乙型脑炎;序列测定;E蛋白;抗原表位n中国农业科学院博I。学位论文AbstractJapanese∞cephalitisvirus(JEV),beingam

4、speciallywithswine(viralassociatedabortions).PigisconsideredthemainvertebratehostandrepresentsallimportantamplifierandreservoirfurJEV.ThereforepreventionofJEinswinecanbenefitfurswineproductionandhealthofhumanbeing.Hence,itisessentialtopreventswineJE,whichisuseful
