3、diseases.Objective:Mutans(Ua),porphynomonasgingivalis(Pg)andactinomycesNaeslundii(An)aresaidtobethe3bacteriathatmaycausetheclonalformation,gingivitisandperiodontitis.Withtheobservationoftheiradhesiononthesurfaceofthedentalrestorativematerialsandenamel,weanalyzedthesequenceofthesead

5、alamountintheculturemediumweredeterminedbycountingtheclonalformationunit.Results:(1)Pgwasfoundneitheronthesurfaceofspecimen,norintheliquidBHIculturemedium.(2)Thesurfaceroughness(Ra)ofPFMandenamelwasbiggerthanthatofCo-Cralloy,butthenumberofadherentbacteriumonthemwassmaller.(3)Theval
6、ueofUa/Anwasalmostthesameamongthe3groupswithin6hours.And12hourslater,themaximalincrementofAnwasseeninthegroupofCo-Cralloyandtheminimalincrementinthegroupofenamelwhile24hourslater,thelargestnumberofUa/AnwasseeninthegroupCo-Cralloy.TherewerenochangesinthegroupsofPFMandenamelduring12a
7、nd24hours.Conclusion:Pgwasinhibitedwhenthesebacteriawerecultivatedtogether.IfwewishtopreventtheadhesionofUa,thefirst6hoursisthecriticalperiodforCo-Cralloy,andthefirst12hoursforPFM.IfwewishtoavoidtheadhesionofAn,thekeyperiodisthefirst24hoursforCo-Cralloyandthefirst12hoursforPFM.Give
