3、tionandthespecificsurfaceareaweremainlyaffectedbyanodicconditions,theXRDresultsshowedthatthesupportanodizedA1203layerisamorphousoxidesupporting.AnovelstructuresolidacidS042-/A1203-AlcatalystforcatalyticdistillationwaspreparedbyimpregnationofanodizedaluminiumplateswithaqueousH
4、2SO4,andcharacterizedbyXPS,BET,XRD,NH3-TPD.XRDpatternsofsamplesshowedthatthesupportanodizedA1203layerisamorphousoxidesupporting.NH3-TPDresultsshowedthatthecatalysthadintermediateacidsites.Thecatalystwasactivefortheesterificationofaceticacidwithethanol,andhadgoodstability.Anov
5、elstructuredsolidacid5042"/Zr02-Al203-A1catalystforcatalyticdistillationwaspreparedbysupporting5042-/Zr02ontothestructuredA1203-Alcarrierpreparedbyanodicoxidationofhigh-purityaluminiumfoils,andthesampleswerecharacterizedbyXRD,BET,XPS,NH3-TPDmethods.TheresultsshowedthattheS042
6、-/Zr02-A1203-A1catalysthadintermediateacidsites.TheXRDresultsshowedthatZr02wasutterlydispersedonA1203-Al.ThecatalyticactivitiesofSO42一/Zr02-A1203-AIcatalystfortheesterificationofaceticacidwithethanolwerehigherthanthatofS042'/A1203-Alcatalyst.Thecatalyticdistillationforthesynt
