7、种钢或有色金属作为复层,通过热轧或爆炸成型工艺等方法复合而成的双金属板。其基层主要满足结构强度和刚度的要求,一般用低碳钢或低合金钢;而复层主要是满足耐腐蚀性的要求,一般用铬或铬镍不锈钢、镍基合金、铜基合金或钛板。复层通常只占总厚度的10%~20%。因此,复合钢板既有优质或贵重金属具备的特殊性能(如耐蚀性),又可以节约大量的不锈钢或钛等贵重金属,在保证技术要求的同时可大幅降低成本,具有很大的经济价值。因此,复合钢板在石油、化工、航海、医疗、食品行业和军工生产中得到越来越广泛的应用。
