2、2004/39/EC)Determinationofliquidshares1.如果获准在受监管市场挂牌交易的某只股票每日都有交易，其自由流通量不少于5亿欧元，并且满足以下条件之一，则该股票应被视为具有流通市场：Ashareadmittedtotradingonaregulatedmarketshallbeconsideredtohavealiquidmarketiftheshareistradeddaily,withafreefloatnotlessthanEUR500million,andoneofthefollowingconditionsissa
