7、位于中国北京的中国农业大学，以下简称“农大”，和位于＊＊＊＊的＊＊＊大学，以下简称“＊＊＊”愿意在互惠互利的基础上，在以下领域开展合作交流活动：       1、教师的互换交流；       2、学生的互换交流；       3、信息的交流沟通；       4、合作举办研讨会；       5、双方同意的其他学术交流活动。       在具体合作交流活动实施前，双方将讨论其中会涉及到的问题,并为达成共同的目标签署具体项目协议文本。       本合作备忘录不作为在双方之间产生法律和财务关系的合同书，而只是为了建立和

8、促进双方之间的实质互惠的合作关系。双方将在此合作备忘录的基础上共同为促进合作项目的实施努力。       本合作备忘录自签署之日起5年内有效，此后双方可以在彼此同意的基础上对其进行修改或延期。        ＊＊＊，＊＊＊                                ＊＊＊，＊＊＊
