4、ividualuniversitycanbeestablishedfromadetailedaccountingexerciseinwhichtheexplicitandimplicitcostsallocatedtocoursesandlevelsarecollected.However,inobtainingthecostsofoverseasstudents,thereisstillbeaneedforacostfunctionbecauseitisnecessarytoexaminewha
