6、···································································36个人简历·············································································37中文摘要乌司他丁联合CRRT在ICU感染性休克患者应用效果评价摘要背景:目前在ICU感染是诱发患者发生全身炎症反应的主要原因,是脓毒症发展到一定阶段最具威胁的并发症,特别是感染性休克,具有较高的病死率,严重威胁民众的身体健康,已经成为导致重症患者死亡的主要原因。虽然近年来新
7、的治疗方法不断出现,但是死亡率并没有明显下降,感染患者发生感染性休克与感染后炎性介质的过度释放有关,促炎介质的过度释放抑制了机体的免疫功能,所以抑制炎症介质的释放及炎症介质的有效清除,阻断其发展为感染性休克是严重脓毒症治疗成功与否的关键。CRRT能够有效清除脓毒症患者体内的炎症介质,调节白细胞的反应性,从而减轻炎症反应;乌司他丁能够抑制体内多种酶的活性,从而抑制感染性休克患者炎症介质的过度释放,本研究通过观察乌司他丁联合CRRT治疗感染性休克的临床效果,并且探讨其可能的作用机制,为乌司他丁联合CRRT治疗感染性休克提供理论依据
