2、Prof.TangShengliSpecialty:ME(PowerEngineeringField)CollegeofPowerEngineeringofChongqingUniversity,Chongqing,ChinaApril,2015中文摘要摘要在汽轮机组变工况时,选择合理的运行方式是提高机组效率的有效途径之一,为最大程度的保障汽轮机组经济性,本文采用理论与试验相结合的手段,研究调峰汽轮机组在线寻优的可行性和方法。通过理论计算得到汽轮机组的调节级特性曲线,并以此调节级特性曲线为依据,分析调节级主蒸汽可行压力区间,并考虑了调节级温
3、度变化和调节阀重叠度对主蒸汽压力的影响。最后以可行压力区间为依据对滑压运行优化试验提供理论指导,选定试验工况(350MW、400MW、450MW、500MW、550MW)进行滑压运行试验,通过热力计算得到相应的经济性指示(汽耗、热耗、高压缸效率、中压缸效率),得到了新的滑压运行指导曲线。分析表明,采用新的滑压运行方式,汽轮机组供电煤耗降低约2g/(kW·h),具有较好的经济效益。关键词:汽轮机组,滑压,调节级,主蒸汽压力I英文摘要ABSTRACTTheselectionofareasonableoperationofturbineunits
