6、·······37致谢·····················································································53个人简历···············································································54中文摘要淋巴瘤中RASSF5A的基因启动子区甲基化状态与mRNA表达的研究摘要目的:淋巴瘤是十大恶性肿瘤之一,在每年新诊断的血液系统肿瘤中约占一半,且发病率每年呈上升趋势。按细胞来源淋巴瘤分为B细胞淋巴瘤和T细胞淋巴
7、瘤,B细胞淋巴瘤中以弥漫大B细胞淋巴瘤最为多见。淋巴瘤起病的症状较为多样,多以无痛性进行性淋巴结肿大、局部肿块及相应器官压迫症状为最初表现,侵袭性较高的类型淋巴瘤进展迅速,一部分经联合化疗可持续缓解,但多数患者的治疗疗效不佳,预后较差。因此关注淋巴瘤病因学研究、早期诊断及靶向治疗十分必要。随着对肿瘤研究的不断深入,发现除了基因突变外,表观遗传学机制在肿瘤的发生及发展中也起着重要的作用。DNA甲基化是表观遗传学重要的组成部分,且DNA甲基化具有可逆性的特点,所以DNA甲基化是目前肿瘤相关研究中的热点。RA
