2、.ChinaMay,2015摘要旋转密封对叶片式液压摆动油缸的内部泄漏和外部泄漏都有着重要影响,其拱起失效现象是有待解决的主要技术难题之一。可通过对旋转密封圈拱起现象的模拟,找出其失效的根本原因,基于分析的结果,设计具有抗拱起性能的旋转密封圈以提高摆缸的工作压力。本文以叶片式液压摆动油缸的旋转密封为研究对象,主要进行了以下研究。首先在介绍了叶片式液压摆动油缸旋转密封结构特点的基础上,基于弹性接触理论,研究了旋转密封的密封机理,探讨了旋转密封对密封材料的特殊要求。其次根据超弹性体大变形有限元分析的特点,建立了合理的矩形旋转密封结构的二维和三维有限元模型,探讨了密封间隙、预压缩量等参数对旋转密
3、封面接触压力大小和分布的影响,模拟了矩形旋转密封圈在工作过程中的拱起失效现象并对其原因进行了分析。最后建立了两种不同结构的组合式旋转密封圈有限元模型,分析了其抗拱起性能和接触面压力的分布及其影响因素,依托样机试验台,对U形组合式旋转密封圈进行了密封试验来验证其密封性能。关键词:旋转密封;组合密封;接触压力;密封失效;有限元AbstractRotatingseal’sarchfailureisoneofthemajortechnicalproblemsofrotaryvaneactuator,whichhasanimportantinfluenceontheinternalleakagean

6、tionfiniteelementanalysisoftheofhyper-elastomer,the2Dand3Dfiniteelementmodelsoftherectangularrotatingsealswereestablished,theeffectsofthesealingclearanceandpre-compressedratioonthemagnitudeanddistributionofcontactpressureoftherotatingsealingsurfacewerediscussed.Thearchdeformationfailureoftherectan
