2、esametime,developthescalesandformthequestionnaireofthisresearchbyexploratoryfactoranalysisandconfirmatoryfactor.Atlast,verifytheconceptmodelputforwardbythecorrelationanalysisandregressionanalysis.Asaresultofthecorrelationanalysisandtheregressionanalysis,perceivedfitI-dealshasaposi
3、tiveinfluenceonjobsatisfaction,aswellasjobperformance,taskperformance,contextualperformanceandinnovationperformance.Inaddition,jobsatisfactionplaysamediationeffectontherelationshipbetweenperceivedfitI-dealsandjobperformance.Theinnovationandcharacteristicsofthisresearchperformancei
4、ntwoaspects.Ononehand,alongwiththeperspectiveofemployees,explorethesubjectiveperceptionofindividualanditsimpactonjobperformance.Ontheotherhand,selecttheperformancemodeloffourdimensionsintotheresearch,andtakethefutureperformancesuchaslearningperformanceandinnovationperformanceintoa
