2、eramplifier(PA)usinga0.5enhance-ment/depletion-pseudomorphichigh-electronmobilitytransistor(E/D-PHEMT)process.TheproposedPAisbasedonaclass-Etopologywithareactancecompensationtechnique.Toachievehighefficiencyandbroadbandwidth,thereactancecompensationcomponentisemplo
