1、黑龙江大学硕士学位论文AbstractWiththereviewingthereformandopeningup，thedevelopmentofagricultureandfiscalpolicyhasbeenwentthroughgreatchangesinChina．Weshouldanalyzethecausesoffiscalpolicyperformanceofagriculturefromthetheoreticalpointofviewandexploreitwiththeformationmechanism．Thenbased

2、ontheVARmodel，weshouldapplythemethodofJohansencointegrationtest，causalitytestbyGranger,impulsereSponsefunctions，andvariancedecomposition,etc．Fromtheempiricalangle，analyzestherelationshipbetweenthefiscalexpenditureintotalandthefiscalpolicyperformanceofagriculture．Theresultssh

3、owthatChinesefiscalpolicyofagricultureproducestheperformancerespectivelyintheaspectsofexpenditureandincome；furthermore，itCanpromoteagriculturaleconomicgrowth，raisefarmers’incomesandincreasefoodproductioninthelongterm，particularlytheperformanceoftheagriculturalfinancialexpend
