3、toEMcoupling.multilayeredtechnologyhasbeenproposed.Thecircuitofthisfilteriscomposedof9-orderresonatorsbyinductancecoupling.Inthispaper,animprovedcomblinefilterof9-orderBasedontheimprovedstructureofthetappedcomblinefilter,resonatorsisutilizedtoimplementthewideb
4、andbandpasscombinedwithcircuitsimulationand3DEMsimulation,afilter.ThesimplestructurerealizedinLTCCsubstratemakeswidebandfilterwiththebandwidthfrom4GHzto11GHzisthefilteracompactsize.GoodagreementisobservedbetweenrealizedwiththehelpofDOE.Thefractionalbandwidthis
5、moreEMsimulationandmeasurement.than93.3%.Thegroupdelayislessthan0.6nsinthebandwidth.Theimplementedfilterexhibitsagoodfrequencyresponse,lowII.PROCEDUREFORFILTERDESIGNinsertionloss,andespeciallyverycompactsize.Thefinalsizeofthefabricatedfilterisonly3.2mm×2.5mm×1
