1、摘要当前，中国面临十分复杂和极为严峻的就业形势。就业难既有经济结构不合理的因素，又有劳动者自身技能、观念不适应经济环境的因素。本文从社会资本角度探讨一条解决就业问题的可能途径。社会资本是一种镶嵌在个人社会关系网络中的资源，它有规范和信任的作用，它是行动者运用社会关系网络中的资源达到自己目标的能力，是与物质资本和人力资本相并列的第三种资本。本文将社会资本分为家庭收入状况、父母受教育程度、父母职业等级、社会实践、学生身份、生源地六个方面，将就业心理分为就业预期，期望起薪，期望工作地区，继续深造意向和就业意向五个方面，运用文献研究法、问卷调查研究等方法，并对收集的数据进行分析，研究社会

2、资本与就业心理的关系，得出社会资本对就业心理的关系与影响，即随着就业市场的激烈竞争，社会资本对高校毕业生就业心理产生重要影响，社会资本越丰富，就业预期越好，预期起薪越高，越有去一线大城市工作的意向，并且继续深造和创业的意向越多。因此，得出社会资本对高校毕业生的就业心理有明显的影响，而且高校毕业生社会资本越高，其在就业心理上的优势越明显。最后，从政府、社会、家庭、个人四个方面提出相应的对策以对大学生就业心理产生积极影响。关键词：社会资本大学毕业生大学生就业AbstractInrencentyears，theChinafacesaverycomplexandveryseriousem
