3、PA)hasReceived25May2010evolvedintoawidelyusedtoolfornoiseandvibrationtroubleshootingandinternalloadReceivedinrevisedformestimation,forsinglesourceandmultivariateproblems.Oneofthemainbottlenecks19October2010preventingitsevenmorewidespreaduseinthevehicledevelopmentprocessisthetestAccepted24Octo
4、ber2010timeneededtobuildthefulldatamodel,requiringnotonlyin-operationtestsbutalsoAvailableonline3November2010extensivefrequencyresponsefunction(FRF)measurements.Keywords:Asaconsequence,severalnewapproaches,suchasoperationalTPA,haveappearedoverOperationaltransferpathanalysisthepastyearsattempt
5、ingtocircumventthislimitation.ThesemethodsattractquitesomeForceestimationattentionastheyonlyrequireoperationaldatameasuredatthepathreferencesandtargetOPAXlocations.However,despitebeingtime-efficient,thesemethodssufferfromseverallimitationsMountstiffnessthatcanleadtoincorrectpathcontributionint
6、erpretationsandwrongengineeringdecisions.Hence,anewTPAapproachisproposed,providingagoodcompromisebetweenpathaccuracyandmeasurementtime.ThemethodisreferredtoasOPAXasitessentiallyusesin-operationdatacomplementedwithaminimalsetofextratestswithforcedexcitation.ThekeyideaofOPAXistheuseofparametric
7、modelsforidentifyingtheoperationalloads.Thismakesthemethodscalable,enablingtheengineertouseasimplemodelbasedonasmallamountofmeasurementdataforquicktroubleshootingorincreaseaccuracyusingamorecomplexmodeltogetherwithadditionalmeasurements.&2010
