1、摘要目的:Ghrelin是一种由胃肠道分泌的脑肠肽,其是生长激素促分泌素受体的内源性配体;然而最近研究发现,Ghrelin对心血管也有影响。本研究观察ghrelin对食源性肥胖小鼠血清血管生成标志物瘦素、一氧化氮(N0)、血管内皮细胞生长因子(VEGF)及其可溶性受体(vEGF~1和sFlt-1)表达的影响。方法:雄l生小鼠随机分为四组,普通饮食组(ND),ghrelin+ND组,高脂饮食组(HFD),ghrelin+HFD组(每组6只小鼠)。HFD组和ND组小鼠分别给予高脂饮食或正常饮食15周,100Bg/kg的剂量皮下注射ghrelin,每日
