1、徐州医学院硕士学位论文的表达情况。结果(1)机械痛行为学：胫骨骨髓腔内注射癌细胞后大鼠MWT逐渐降低，至造模后7d时较术前明显减低(p=O．05)，同时自由行走痛评分逐渐增加，造模后7d时较术前明显增加(P

2、犯缺损。(3)胫骨组织学：组织学检测发现所有的模型组大鼠胫骨髓腔内充满了肿瘤细胞，骨结构改变明显，而N组、SN组、SN200组未见骨结构改变。(4)免疫荧光染色：SN卟SG。组中DHSC和DRG内未见明显CCL2表达，BNⅡ组中DHSC和DRG内趋化因子CCL2大量表达，应用加巴喷丁后BGⅡ组DHSC和DRG内CCL2的表达量较BNⅡ组减少(P．<0．05)，但是不能完全抑制。结论加巴喷丁可以减轻胫骨癌痛大鼠的机械痛敏，其脊髓机制可能与抑制DHSC和DR(3中趋化因子CCL2的分泌有关。关键词骨癌痛；加巴喷丁；背根神经节；脊髓背角；趋化因子CCL2徐州医学
