3、datatraffictypicallyvergingintoallIPnetworks,i.e.,theInternet,itisimportanttostudyvideodeliveryoverthewirelessInternet.Thispaperproposesanovelend-systeminwirelessInternet.ItisthusimportantforthevideotrafficbasedadaptationprotocolcalledWirelessHybridAdaptationLayeredMul-tobeadaptiveandfrie

4、ndlywiththeTCPtraffic[3].Lackticast(WHALM)protocolforlayeredvideomulticastoverwirelessInter-ofbandwidthadaptabilitywillleadtocongestioncollapsenet.InWHALMthesenderdynamicallycollectsbandwidthdistributionwhentheaggregatebandwidthofvideotrafficexceedsnet-fromthereceiversandusesanoptimallaye
