1、低温感发射药包覆层,包覆界面特性研究博士论文摘要本文对低温感包覆发射药和高分子钝感发射药的包覆层及界面特性进行了理论和实验研究。从理论上说明了低温感装药技术的原理以及包覆层、界面特性对实现这一技术的重要性。通过制膜的方法对包覆药的内外层性能进行了详细的模拟研究,设计了一套用于检测破孔率的装置和方法,并提出模型来模拟包覆层在纯机械作用下的破孔过程。研究了包覆内外层在不同温度下的力学及燃烧性能,从理论上计算出包覆层的强度,并与实际进行了比较。提出了用界面处理剂来增加高氮量单基药包覆层与基药粘结强度的方法,进行火炮射击试验得出了有效的结论,并结合高聚物断裂力学的理论,研究了包覆
2、层的破孔和低温感机理。探讨了包覆层外层的阻燃机理,综合提出了包覆层的燃烧破孔过程模型,模拟与实验结果具有较好的一致性。研究了二甲基丙烯酸乙二酵酯(EDMA)的聚合过程、以及单基发射药用高分子材料PEDMA进行钝感后的包覆层与基药的界面特性,提出了该类型发射药的低温感机理。研究结果对深入理解包覆药的低温感机理及控制包覆药质量有积极的指导意义。关键词:低温感,包覆层,界面,阻燃,模拟,机理,钝感博士论文ABSTRACTInthisdissertation,thecoating-layerandinterfacialcharacteristicoflowtemperatures
