6、:李炽杏指导老师:陈赛花讲师【内容摘要】 在突发事件中,传统大众传媒往往无法到达第一现场,事后也难与灾区群众深入接触,信息会无法及时准确地传递给受众,因而其社会动员和社会组织功能被大大削弱。而手机媒体因其即时、多媒体呈现等优势,能有效地将信息传向外界,公众可以在第一时间通过手机向有关部门和媒体发出求救信息和报告相关灾情,进而开展社会动员和组织建立起救助平台,使事后救助更为顺利。由此手机媒体在突发事件报道中的媒介角色以及地位变得越来越重要。但突发事件中手机传播的机制却还存在着一些问题,如存在着即时性与偶然性、多媒体与寡技术、传受对等与缺位、信息碎片与真实等矛盾。以8·7舟曲特大山洪泥
