2、ticenhancementandeffectiveutilizationoftheCucurbitamoschatagermplasmrcsonrce$.Molecularmarker,whichCandetectthegeneticdiversityatDNAlevel,isapowerfultooltostudygeneticdiversity.RAPDmarkershavebeenpopularizedfortheirsimplicity,rapidityandnon-specialtyamon
3、gdifferentgenus.Inthisstudy,thegeneticdiversityin70CucurbitaMoschata.TheseaccessionsfromdifferentregionsofChinawereassessedusingagronomicu丑itsandRAPDmarkers,andthegeneticrelationshipamongtheaccessionsWaSrevealedbyclusteranalysis,principalcomponentsanalys
4、isandprincipalcoordinatesanalysisatvariouslevel.皿emainresultsw眦asfollows:1.Atotalof56agronomicuaitsweremeasured,31quantitativeand25qualitative,forassessinggeneticdiversityof70CucurbitaMoschatagermplasm.Theaveragecoefficientofvariationwas37.50%.Theyranged

6、xamongtheaccessionsWas1.39basedonthedataof56morphologicaldescriptors.Theyvariedfrom0.22to1.45basedonquantitativedescriptors.Theyvaried丘om1.43to2.49basedonqualitativedescriptors.AlltheresultsaboveconfirmedthattheShannon'sInformationindexbasedonquantitativ
7、edescriptorswashigherthenbasedonqualitativedescriptors.2.Exceptthe5germplasm,theclusteranalysisdividedthe65germplasminto2majorgroupsbasedonagronomictraits.OnewasroundpumpkinandanotherWaslongpumpkiILRoundpumpkinWasdividedintoexistingbumparoundfruitsurface
