1、对11篇组间均衡性良好且以西药干预为对照的随机对照试验临床疗效观察文献进行Meta分析，结果显示与西药对照组相比，无论中成药还是中药干预，治疗组均优于对照组，差异有统计学意义。结论：虽目前关于中医药干预慢性疲劳综合征临床疗效观察文献较多，但临床随机对照试验的数量仍较少，且存在不少问题。Meta分析结果表明中医药干预慢性疲劳综合征疗效优于西药干预，且益气养血、温肾健脾疏肝法更为有效，但本次纳入文献的质量偏低且存在发表性偏倚等问题，对结果可靠性及真实性产生了一定影响。所以，为求更有力的循证依据，希望将来有更多更高质量的完全随机对照临床试验的文献报道。关键词慢性疲劳综合征
