2、productsandcreateswealth.Machiningwithplatematerialhasawideuseinmanufacturingindustry.It’sofgreatimportancetosaveresourceandreducecostofenterprisethroughimprovingtheutilityofplatematerialbyusingcuttingstocksoftware.Inrecentyears,theapplicationofnumericalcontr
3、oltechnologyinplatematerialcuttingbecomesmoreandmorecommon.Todevelopspecialoptimizedcuttingsoftwareorientednumericalcontrolthroughcombiningcuttingstocktechnologyandnumericaltechnologycanimprovemachiningefficiencyaswellasutilityofplatematerial.Thispaperanalyze
4、dthecuttingprocessofplatematerialwithnumericalcontrolmachinefromtheperspectiveoftheintegrationofCAD/CAM,andstudiedpartialcoretechnologiesinvolvedinrealizingCADforplatemateriallayoutandCAMofautomaticnumericalcontrolprogramming.Atfirst,thebasicrequirementsofnum
5、ericalcontrolcuttingofplatematerialinmanufacturingenterprisesareanalyzed,onthebasisofwhich,thetotaldesignplanofintegratedoptimizedcuttingsystemwasputforward.Meanwhile,thestructureandfunctionofthesystemweredesignedintheplan,anddesignthoughtsandprocessesofeachf
6、unctionmodelwereanalyzed.Then,partialcoretechnologiesinvolvedinthesystemwerestudied.Theclassicalcuttingstockalgorithmcolumngenerationtechnology,andwrapuprectangletechnologyforabnormityareanalyzed;ThedevelopmentofAutoCADwithObjectARXisstudiedandthegeneratingme
7、thodofcuttingoutlinedrawingandlayoutdrawingwerefoundoutonthebasisofanalysesofthegraphdatabasestructureofAutoCADandthebasicoperationofit;Theprocessplanningtechnologyofplatematerialcuttingorientingnumericalcontrolisstudiedaprocessplanningmethoddirectlybasedonla
