1、聚丙烯腈纺丝溶液结构与粘弹性能关系研究摘要本论文对聚丙烯腈的结构及其纺丝溶液的流变性能进行了较为系统的研究。首先,借助‘3C.NMR谱法和IR谱法对聚丙烯腈的立构规整度进行计算,结果表明用13C.NMR谱法所得的结果与实际值比较吻合。其次,对PAN样品热性能的研究表明,PAN的玻璃化转变温度与分子量关系不大,而更多的可能是受其分子构造的影响。再者,通过系统研究聚丙烯腈纺丝溶液的稳态与动态流变性能发现,聚丙烯腈分子量及其分布、剪切速率(频率)及温度对聚丙烯腈纺丝溶液流变性能有显著影响:随着剪切速率
2、(频率)的增加,其表观粘度、粘流活化能、非牛顿指数均减小,而第一法向应力差、储能模量、损耗模量则增大;随着温度的升高,其表观粘度、零切粘度、结构化粘度指数、第一法向应力差以及储能模量、损耗模量均下降,而非牛顿指数则增大:随着分子量的增加,溶液的表观粘度、零切粘度、结构化指数、储能模量及损耗模量均增大,而溶液的粘流活化能、非牛顿指数则下降。此外,通过对动态流变实验数据的拟合,得到三个能够较好反映聚丙烯腈纺丝溶液剪切表观粘度一频率关系的本构方程。关键词:聚丙烯腈,纺丝溶液,结构,粘弹性能北京化工大学
