2、gSupervisor:Prof.LuoDuqiangAcademicDegreeAppliedfor:MasterofScienceSpecialty:BotanyUniversity:HebeiUniversityDateofOralExamination:June,2012摘要摘要近年来,从拟盘多毛属植物内生真菌中分离得到许多种类多样,结构新颖且具有多样生物活性的次级代谢产物,如抗癌物质(紫杉醇和粗榧酸)和抗菌物质(环己烷类物质、粗榧酸和pestaloside),是潜力巨大、尚待开发的新天然产物来源。本论文对两株拟盘多毛孢属内生真菌的次级代谢产物进行了研究,并对分离得
3、到的部分化合物进行了初步的生物活性测试。试验综合采用正、反相硅胶柱色谱,制备型薄层色谱,SephadexLH-20,SephadexLH-60,HPLC,重结晶等多种方法分离纯化,运用IR,UV,NMR和MS等波谱解析化合物的结构,共分离鉴定了30个化合物,其中包括2个新化合物。菌株Pestalotiopsisheterocornis采自木榄茎部,共分离鉴定了17个化合物,包括苯环衍生物,甾醇等,所有化合物均为首次从该内生真菌的次级代谢产物中分离得到,其中2个化合物为新化合物。菌株Pestalotiopsisgracillis采自海棠树枝,共分离鉴定了13个化合物,包括有苯
