1、摘要我国的煤炭工业，经过40多年的建设，已形成了比较完整的工业体系，成为我国能源工业的基础。然而，我国的煤炭资源在开发利用过程中却存在着不少问题：资源消耗高，资源利用率低；资源回收率低，浪费现象惊人：小煤窑发展失控，乱采滥挖现象严重。煤炭是我国国民经济的基础产业，它所依存的资源的持续利用是自然资源保护与可持续利用中相当重要的一个方面，是我国可持续发展的主要制约因素之一。因此，针对这种现状，本文先分别从自然、社会、经济、科技、人和自然四方面阐述了可持续发展的含义，并探讨了煤炭工业可持续发展的含义，然后从资源、经济、社会和环境分析了能源的可持续发展系统。在此基础上

2、构建了我国煤炭工业可持续发展的评价指标体系及评价模型，运用主成分分析法对其近20年的可持续发展水平做实证分析，得出结论：资源是影响我国煤炭工业可持续发展的主要因素，运用线性回归的方法对影响资源子系统的各因素作了详尽的分析，最后，提出了实现我国煤炭工业可持续发展的有效途径，并初步探讨了我国能源可持续发展战略。关键词：煤炭工业；可持续发展；主成分分析；回归分析AbstractCoalindustryinChinahasformedacomparablycompletesystem．andhasbeenthefoundationofenergyresourceind
