1、V1西南大学硕士学位论文从学校到社会,无一不对教师的发展起着推动或者阻碍的作用。因此,一方面,作为教师的雇佣者,学校应不断提供教师理论进修的机会,学习本领域最新的发展成果;另一方面,教师本身应学会对自己的教学进行反思性学习,以发现信念与行为不一致的原因并加以调整。至于因为社会对英语教学的期待对教师的教学目标及教学观产生的影响,需要得到全社会的关注,并在社会发展的过程中加以调整和完善。关键词:教师语言教学观教师课堂行为任务型教学个案研究M.A.THESISUnderstandingTeachers’BeliefsinTask-

5、gapproachhasattractedsomuchattentionthatithasbecomeoneofthemostfrequentlyemployedteachingapproachesinEnglishclassroomteaching.Comparedwiththetradition—basedlanguageteachingapproach,theoutstandingfeaturesoftask·basedteachingapproachhavebeenemphasizedatthebeginningof
