4、Gynecology with traditional way of guidance and teaching in 2010. Likewise, we intend to train 92 nurses the same quality as 115 nurses with the way of guidance and teaching of clinical pathway combining PDCA cycling management. Result Compare the effect of educating two groups, we obtain
