1、PartnershipAgreementbetweenLondonAmbulanceServiceNHSTrustandtheStaffCouncilTradeUnions2002-20051.INTRODUCTIONThisPartnershipAgreementhasbeendevelopedbymanagementandtradeunionswithintheLondonAmbulanceServiceNHSTrustandrecognisesthatgoodindustrialrelation
2、sarecentraltothedeliveryofrealserviceimprovementandarevitaltotheprocessofstaffinvolvement.ThisAgreementisdesignedtobuildonthe‘StatementofIntent’agreedin2001whichcommittedthemanagementandtradeunionstoworkinginpartnershiptoimproveoperationalcoverandthepay
3、ofambulancestaff.ThisAgreementextendsthatcommitmentandendorsestheprincipleofimprovedjointworkingacrossallareasoftheServicetomoderniseandimprovetheservicestopatientsandtoimprovetheworkinglivesofallourstaff.TheAgreementalsoidentifiesspecificimprovementsth
4、atmanagementandtradeunionswillseektoachieveoverthenextthreeyearswithinA&EOperations,Fleet,andControlServices.2.VISIONANDVALUESThisPartnershipAgreementfullyendorsestheLASVisionandouraspirationsforthefuture.OURVISIONAworld-classambulanceserviceforLondonst
5、affedbywelltrained,enthusiasticandproudpeoplewhoareallrecognisedforcontributingtotheprovisionofhighqualitypatientcare.ThePartnershipAgreementsupportsthevaluesoftheServicewhichunderpinthevision.OURVALUESClinicalexcellenceWewilldemonstratetotalcommitmentt
