2、理性的预测因子，但它具有较强侵袭性的准确原因仍然还不清楚。目的研究肝内胆管癌组织中PlGF的表达的意义及其与微血管密度(microvesseldens时，㈣)之间的关系。方法通过免疫组织化学的方法检测50例肝内胆管癌细胞及8例非肿瘤死亡后立即尸解的正常肝组织胆管上皮细胞P1GF的表达，并通过CD34测定肝内胆管癌组织微血管密度和正常肝组织门管区的微血管密度。结果肝内胆管癌组织PlGF阳性表达率、强阳性表达率分别为54％、28‰正常肝组织胆管上皮细胞P1GF阳性表达率、强阳性表达率分别为25％、0％，肝
