1、提要目的：本课题旨在总结导师高建东教授治疗糖尿病肾病的学术经验，研究运用具有益气养阴，清热化湿作用的糖肾宁方对糖尿病肾病临床期患者血管内皮功能及对炎症因子的影响，探寻糖肾宁方防治糖尿病肾病的机制。方法：通过临床总结、文献复习及临床研究的方法，观察糖尿病肾病IV期阴虚湿热证患者服用糖肾宁方前后的效果，并设置对照组，治疗12周，观察患者临床症状及内皮素、一氧化氮的改变和炎症因子水平的变化以及血糖、血脂、24小时尿蛋白定量、糖化血红蛋白、尿素氮、血肌酐等指标的前后改变。结果：研究发现糖肾宁方能显著改善糖尿病肾病患者血管内皮功能，
2、降低异常升高的炎症因子，减少尿蛋白的排泄，减轻肾损害，同时有效地降低血糖、血脂和糖化血红蛋白及改善临床症状。结论：糖肾宁方能降低炎症因子的水平，有效地防治糖尿病肾病，显示出良好的整体效应，提示降低炎症因子水平，改善血管内皮功能，从而改善肾脏血流动力学可能是糖肾宁方防治临床期糖尿病肾病的主要机制之一。关键词糖肾宁方，糖尿病肾病，内皮功能，炎症因子ClinicalStudyofTangshenningRecipeinTreatmentofYinxushireinClinicalStageofDNSpeciality：Combi
