1、英文摘要EffectofTibialTubercleTransferSurgeryonPatellofemoralPressure:aBiomechanicalStudyinHumanCadavericKneesABSTRACTObjective:Tibialtubercletransferisacommonlyusedoperationfororthopedicandsportstraumadiseaseinclinicalandappliestothepatientswithabnormaltibialtubercleposit

2、ion.Forpatientswithtibialtubercletransferoperation,oneofthemostimportantproblemisthelocationoftibialtubercle,withinthemovingdistanceisinsufficientorexcessiveallcannotachievethetreatmentfunction,andthescholarsalsodidnothaveaunifiedstandard.Thereforethisstudywilldiscusst

3、hepressurerelationshipbetweenthetibialtuberclepositionandpatellofemoraljointandfindthebesttibialtuberclepositionwhichcangettheequalpressurebetweenthemedialandlateralofthepatellofemoraljoint.Inclinical,theevaluationindexmainlyincludesQangleandTTTGdistance.Scholarsholddi

4、fferentpointsofviewfortheaccuracyandclinicalsignificanceofthesetwoevaluationstandard.Onthebasisofbiomechanicaltest,thisstudywilldiscusstheeAngleandTTTGdistanceindiagnosis,treatmentandprognosisofrecurrentpatellardislocationandtheclinicalsignificanceinthechoiceofoperatio

5、nscheme.Method:Eighthumancadaverickneeswereincludedinthisstudy.Therewasnoligamentdamage,apparentjointdeformityandosteoarthritisineverykneespecimen.Thefemurandtibiawerecutapproximately20cmfromthejointline.Thesurroundingskinandmuscleswereremovedtoexposethebones,andthefib

6、ulawasthenrigidlyfixedtothetibiawithacorticalscrew.Firstly,wemeasuretheTTTGdistance.Itisobtainedbysuperimposingcomputedtomography(CT)imagesofthesummitoftheTGcoronal(cutwherethefemoralnotchresemblesaromanarch)andtheTTinafullextendedknee.ThedeepestpointoftheTGandthehighe
