1、L摘要城市公共交通与人民的生产生活息息相关，优先发展公共交通是缓解城市拥堵、提高资源利用率的重要手段，目前已作为一种战略思想被广泛认同并实施。城市公交线网布局是影响城市公共交通系统运行的主要因素之一，对公交线网进行合理布设与优化可以方便乘客出行、减少公交运营成本，从而提高公交系统的运行效率。本论文对怀化市公交线网进行了优化研究，首先分析了怀化市的城市布局和交通状况，对公交客流进行了调查与预测，之后阐述了公交线网优化的基本原则和优化目标，在此基础上，确定了公交线网优化模型及约束条件，依据功能层次分析，提出了“分层调整，线路调整措施为主，站点、调度调整措施为辅”的优化调整思路，最后结合
