4、eagainstcerebralischemia-reperfusioninjuryinMCAO—I/Rrats.METHEDSFocalcerebralischemiainratsWasproducedby1.5hocclusionofthemiddlecerebralartery(MCAO)and24hreperfusion.Salidroside(5mg‘kg叶)wasadministeredintravenouslyimmediatelyafterocclusionandreperfusionrespectively.The

5、neurologicdeficitscorewasinvestigatedaccordingtoZea-Longa’SStandard.Theinfarctvolumewasassessedwiths01.areImagePro4.5after1vrCstaining.TheactivitiesofMPOwereestimatedbytestboxesproducedbyNanjingJianchengBioengineeringInstitute.ThelevelsofTNF—Qincentralneutralsystemwere

6、measuredbywesternblot.RESULTSCompared谢tllthemodelgroup,salidrosidetreatmentcallsignificantlydecreasetheneurologicdeficitscore(P<0.05),reducethemoisturecapacity(尸如.05)andtheinfarctvolume(P<0.05).AsignificantincreaseinMPOactivitiesWasfoundinthesalidrosidetreatmentgroup,c
