3、erredTeachers”.Byfar,theseteachershavebeenteachingEnglishforoverfouryears,buttherehavebeenfewfollow-upresearchesontheirpronunciationuptillnow.Thepresentstudyinvestigatesonthepronunciationoftransferredteachersconcerningconsonantsandvowels.Thegoalistofindoutwhethertheseteachers,

4、whohavereceivedonly3-weekcompulsoryresidentialtrainingandayearlongoptionalschool-basedtraining,aremakingprogressandcompetentforelementaryEnglishteaching.Astimewaslimited,sixtransferredteacherswerechosenasoursubjects.Thestudywascarriedoutonthebasisoftheanalysisoftheerrorsonther
