1、中南大学博士学位论文雌激素对偏头痛大鼠三叉神经节内P2X3和P2Y1受体表达的影响姓名:杨玲申请学位级别:博士专业:神经病学指导教师:杨晓苏20120525八年制博士学位论文中文摘要摘要研究目的初步探讨雌激素对偏头痛大鼠三叉神经节细胞内P2X3和P2Y1受体表达的影响。研究方法首先建立硝酸甘油偏头痛大鼠模型,通过观察模型组与对照组大鼠的行为学变化,运用RT-PCR、Western-blot和免疫组化半定量检测大鼠三叉神经节细胞内P2X3受体与P2Yl受体表达的变化及性别差异。然后采用雌性大鼠去势的方法,设立假手术组、去势组、雌激素替代组,观察三组大鼠在硝酸
