1、提要目的：通过临床与理论研究，论证恶性肿瘤从痰证论治的可行性、科学性。方法：临床上治疗组以健脾化痰膏方配合GP方案化疗，对照组单用GP方案化疗。治疗两周期后，观察主症好转率、近期疗效、肿瘤标志物变化、生活质量、毒副反应发生情况。并从理论上查阅有关痰证理论的文献进行总结探讨。结果：治疗组在主症好转率、生活质量KPS评分、毒副反应发生情况方面同对照组相比均有显著性差异（P＜0.05）；而近期临床疗效及降低肿瘤标志物CEA及Cyfra21-1方面虽好于对照组，但无显著性差异(P＞0.05)。通过查阅文献总

2、结痰证与肿瘤相关性研究，提出恶性肿瘤从痰证论治的依据和观点。结论：健脾化痰膏方配合化疗在改善主要症状、提高生活质量及减轻化疗药物毒副反应方面具有优势。在恶性肿瘤与痰证相关性的研究基础上，提出“精气不化-痰证-肿瘤”的观点，多层次痰的观点，恶性肿瘤病机以脾虚痰结为主，治疗上通过纠正脾虚，从治本原则治痰而起到消积抗癌的作用。关键词肿瘤；痰证；脾虚ATheoreticalandClinicalResearchaboutMalignantTumorTreatedbyResolvingPhlegmSpecia
