1、摘要目的:研究宫颈癌移植瘤小鼠的癌与癌旁组织中miR一15b,miR.16的表达状况以及NF.v.B信号通路在宫颈癌癌旁组织活化情况,为宫颈癌的早期诊断和治疗提供新思路。方法:采用小鼠宫颈癌U14细胞悬液建立小鼠腹水瘤模型,传3代后将腹水瘤细胞接种于30只昆明小鼠右侧腋窝皮下建立皮下移植瘤模型。待瘤块直径大小为1.5cm×1.5cm时(约15日后),将其颈椎脱臼处死,取癌组织与距离癌组织2cm以上的癌旁组织,以及正常的脂肪组织,应用实时荧光定量PCR方法检测各标本中miR.15b,miR.16的表达状况,利用免疫组化检NNF.v.B(p65)蛋白在各组织中细胞质和细胞核的表
