1、摘要德育理论界对传统德育模式的界定并不只是一个时间概念,而偏重对这一模式诸多内外因素所掏成的复杂本质的概括与评判。概括讲,传统德育模式体现出来的是一种专门化、知识化的德育是高校德育效力匮乏的~个主要原因。在多元化冲突背景下,为了更有效地实现德育对大学生的价值建构与价值导向功能,必须要变革传统德育模式,以建构一种适台多元化背景下新的道德精神的德育模式。这已成为高校德育建设的新目标。由于人的德性养成的长期性和复杂性,传统德育模式的变革也不是一蹴而就的,它首先需要确j,一系列新的德育理念,包括;对德育“人本化”本质
2、的彰显,将德育的本质功能定位于促进人本身乞德性发展;以学生的主体需要为起点实施德育,培养和激发学生崇高的精神追求;以培养创造性的道德主体为目标,选择和更新德育内容,在此指导下,以“主体性”、“交互主体性”为雾锻1].以实践为支点,以“体验”为要素选择,实现高校德育模式的变革与创新。对传统德育模式进行变革与创新,实现新的德育模式的建构还需要~系列条件的支持才能得以实观。本文最后从优化和营建高校精神文化与逐步建立全员德育体系这两个方面来展开论述,以保证和推动高校德育模式的变革与创新。关键词:德育模式,主体性,交互
