2、rticipationmechanismsofKLF2andRelAinneutrophilapoptosisinneutrophilicasthma,providingnewideasforthepreventionandtreatmentofasthma.Methods:Fortyadultmaleguineapigswereramdomlydividedintothreegroups:controlgroup(groupA),neutrophilicasthmagroup(groupB),neutrophilicas

3、thmatreatmentgroup(groupC).TheguineapigsingroupBandCweresensitizedwithovalbumin(0VA)andFreund'scompleteadjuvant(FCA)together,thenwerecontinuouslystimulatedwith0VAatomizationinhalationuntilappearingasthmasymptomtoestablishneutrophilicasthmamodel.Theguineapigsofthet

4、reatmentgroupwereintraperitonealinjectedwithdexamethasonebeforechallenge.Toevaluatetheasthmamodelbyobservingthechangeofbehaviorandbronchiallungtissuepathologyofguineapigsafterchallenge,andbydetectingthetotalnumberofcellanddifferentialcellcountsinbrochialalveolarla

5、vagefiuid(BALF),andalsobydetectingairwayresistance.Flowcytometrywasusedtodetectapoptosisrateofneutrophils,andRT-PCRwasusedtodetecttheexpressionofKLF2andRelAmRNAininflammatorycellsofbronchoalveolarlavagefluidandbloodneutrophils.Westernblotwasusedtodetecttheproteine

6、xpressionlevelsofKLF2,RelAandBcl-xlinneutrophilsofblood.Result:(1)TheairwayresistanceoftheguineapigsingroupBwasincreasedwiththeincreasingofinhaledconcentrationofmethacholine,whichweresignificantlyhigher-5-万方数据thangroupA（P<0.01)indifferentconcentrationsofmethacholi
