3、s,anovelsyntheticmethodofn一(4-substitutedphenyl)isobutyricacidwasfinallydesignedanddeveloped.Thebetterconditionsofthisnovelmethodweredeterminedbyoptimizationofthewholeprocess,includingthetemperature,time,concentrationoftheFriedel—craftsacylreactionetal;thetemperatureandconcentrationo
4、fthebrominationreaction;thesolvent,protector,catalyst,timeandconcentrationoftheprotectionreactionofcarbonylgroup,thesolvent,catalystandtimeofthe1,2-arylshiftRearrangementreactionetalandthesolvent,volumeratioanddosageofbaseofthehydrolysisreactioneta1.Thetargetproductsandintermediatesw
