1、摘要随着劳动力市场就业竞争的日趋激烈，高等职业教育学生的职业能力培养被提到一个新的高度，以就业为导向的职业教育教学改革受到越来越多的关注。为了适应当前我国职教改革的总趋势，探索培养学生的综合职业能力、实践技能和创新能力的新方式，笔者在借鉴了各类职业教育实践教学经验和实训教学理论的基础上，结合高职学生现状和综合实训课程的教学特点，提出了将工程项目实训引入综合实训课程的教学尝试。在本次研究过程中，笔者以提高综合蜘jI课程开设的质量为根本目的，通过将工程项目的引入来提高综合实训教学质量进行研究分析，从综合实训教学的内涵、结构．、功能等各个方面进行了详
